To ensure prompt customs clearing and delivery to stands, all exhibition goods must be sent ONLY to the address of “PanBaltService” Company. Customs clearing, transportation/forwarding services and haulage of goods on the territory of the “LenExpo” Exhibition Complex, delivery of exhibits to the stands, packing/unpacking, storage of packaging and other services, associated with exhibition goods are rendered exclusively by “PanBaltService” Company. Please, take note, that exhibitors may employ any transportation/freight forwarding companies to deliver exhibits to the address of “PanBaltService” Company.

BASIC EXPENSES, ASSOCIATED WITH EXHIBITION GOODS.

1. Transportation expenses.

Depending on the rates of the transportation/freight forwarding companies, chosen by exhibitors and means of transportation – automobile transport, sea freight, air freight, railway.

2. Customs fees.

All exhibition goods delivered to Russia for exhibition are subject to customs fees, amount of which depend on the declared value of the goods. For instance, for goods with declared value of more than 200 000 Russian rubles (roughly 5715 euros) and up to 450 000 (12860 euros), the customs fee is 1000 rubles (28 euros).

These fees are not customs duties, and apply every time the goods cross Russian border. Therefore, if exhibition goods are taken back by exhibitors out of Russia after the exhibition, customs fees apply two times – when the goods are brought into the country and out of the country. In such a case, exhibition goods are not subject to customs duties, unless they are imported into Russia and not taken back by exhibitor. All customs procedures are performed by “PanBaltService” Company.

3. Customs duties.

Customs duties only apply when exhibition goods are not taken back by exhibitors and are imported into Russian Federation.

4. Commissions for customs procedures.

“PanBaltService” Company commission for performing customs procedures is 180 euros plus VAT 18% and 10% from the amount of customs fees.

Other customs charges may include examination of the goods, administrative expenses and etc. These expenses usually do not exceed 100 euros. All these expenses will be billed to exhibitors by “PanBaltService” Company

5. Delivery of goods to the stands.

“PanBaltService” Company rate for unloading of exhibition goods to the warehouse, delivery to the stand and back to the warehouse after the exhibition is 22 euros plus VAT 18% per each 100 kilograms of exhibition goods.

6. Storage of exhibition goods packaging.

“PanBaltService” Company rate for storage of exhibition goods packaging during exhibition is 40 euros plus VAT 18% per each cubic meter.

7. Air freight.

Special rates apply to air freight exhibition goods. Please, contact “PanBaltService” Company for more details.
